With this nasty cold and flu going around the island it looks like I'm coming down with it now! Ugh.
But I'm doing my best to ward it off by dosing up on high levels of Comtrex, Thera Flu and Hot Tea.
Let's hope early prevention will keep it away and that I won't become a cranky, bitchy, snotty, coughy mean patient for Paul.

forget the theraflu, drink lots of bombay sapphire, and sleep 'till eleven. you'll be better in no time!
