Yesterday was France's big Independance Celebration and I didn't do a damn thing to celebrate it. No Champagne, No aged Bordeaux, No Fine French Cheese. We didn't even have any French tourists on the island yesterday.
Rein, Nein, Nada, Niente, Niets, Zippo.....
I didn't even have any Freedom Fries!
I think the closest I came to honoring the day was having some chicken salad on a baguette.
Oh well. Happy Wednesday from Saba!
