Smokin' !!


Paul got a new "toy" a couple of weeks ago and we've been trying out lots of recipes for different types of smoked foods.

So far we have tried Mesquite smoked baby back ribs and chicken and smoked oysters in Alderwood and today I am smoking, with cherry wood, marinated duck breasts.

Next will be smoked brisket and then we'll go on to trying seafood using salmon and shrimp.

The only downside to it is that your entire body and clothing smells like you've been in a house fire once you're done!
