Unconvinced or Inconvenience?

We had 2 packages of pedestal legs for the sinks that arrived damaged so Paul had placed a "damage" return request with this company via email.

This was her reply:

Hi

We filed the damage on the item. The replacement will go out tomorrow, I am sorry for any Unconvinced this may have caused.

I thought this was pretty funny that someone is "this" position would not have the proper command of the English language!!
